About us
RG, a qualified, complete and flexible subcontractor in sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum and welded steel structures. Works with punching, laser cutting, press-fitting, pipe bending and welding. This basic offering is complemented by pipe production and assembly and the company takes care of all surface treatment via subcontractors. On the service side, it offers construction and project management.
RG coordinates the entire chain, from design, prototype, purchasing and production to assembly, final inspection, packaging and distribution to the customer.
The market is currently mostly in the southern half of Sweden, as well as a few export customers. Industries where RG's customers are found are in the construction industry, infrastructure, automation, vehicles and the engineering industry.
RG is located in Bankeryd (about 10 miles north of Jönköping) where the business currently has 2 own premises and around 38 employees. The premises and machinery are modern and purposeful together with very knowledgeable staff. Flexibility is a key word for both staff and machinery.
In Bankeryd and the surrounding area, there is a very open corporate culture of collaboration that allows RG to offer complete solutions with the help of its closest network of neighbors.

Business idea
RG Mekaniska AB operates in the local and regional market with products within sheet metal and welded steel structures. Customers are found in several different market segments, often with their own products. Our strengths are to jointly develop, adapt production and manufacture from idea to prototype and series production in a controlled and cost-effective manner. We also offer final assembly of self-manufactured products with purchased or customer-owned components.

Quality goals
The goal of our quality work is to have satisfied customers and an efficient operation. To drive the work, we set annual goals for, among other things:
- Deviation cost in relation to turnover
- Delivery precision to customer
Reporting and analysis are done at special quality meetings and during personnel reviews.
Continuous improvements
Deviations are reported, compiled and analyzed to provide a basis for corrective actions to provide continuous improvements. Customer satisfaction is continuously monitored to obtain feedback and provide input for continuous improvements.
